Zugspitze (ZugspitzCard only)

At 2,962 m, the Zugspitze is the highest mountain in Germany. The modern Cable car Zugspitze, the nostalgic cogwheel train and the Glacier cable car make the Zugspitze a highly accessible destination, combining classic mountain experiences and contemporary adventures. On the very top, Germany’s most beautiful roof terrace is a popular spot to enjoy the unique 360° panorama of 400 alpine peaks in Germany, Austria, Italy and Switzerland year-round at eye level with the golden summit cross. On clear days look out into the distance – up to 250 km – and get an unbelievable feeling of space and freedom.

The Zugspitze visit includes one mountain ascent and descent that can also be used in form of a round trip on the cogwheel train, the Glacier cable car and the Cable car Zugspitze. You can use the Glacier cable car as often as you like on the day of your visit.
